How can I get a gig?
We are always interested to hear from local artists so we can check out their music and keep them in mind for any opportunities on our events. To be added to our database of local acts please email a link to your music to email@example.com as well including some basic information about your act/band. Please note due to the sheer volume of enquiries we cannot always guarantee a reply.
Are there any jobs going at Lout?
We currently do not have any vacancies however we always welcome CV's for future consideration. We often bring freelance event staff on board for events and are involved in a great volunteering programme for The Great Escape Festival.
Do I have to print out my e-ticket?
No - you can show your e-ticket on your smart phone and we will be able to scan you in from that. We like trees, so this is our preferred option.
I ordered a ticket from you online, and haven't received an E-ticket?
Please make sure you check your junk and spam folder before contacting us. If you still cannot find the ticket you can e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The show I bought tickets to has moved date. What if I cannot go?
If a show is rescheduled you will only be entitled to a refund once the new date is announced. If the show is cancelled and you have purchased your tickets via Music Glue your e-tickets will be automatically refunded, this should also be the case with See Tickets, Ticketweb and Gigantic.
What happens if the show I bought tickets to is cancelled and what is the refund policy?

How can I find out information about a venue?
For information on our gig venues we recommend looking at the venue’s website for information on age restrictions, parking, access etc. If you can’t find what you are looking for please drop us an email.
Who are Music Glue?
Music Glue are the independent ticket agency that we work with in partnership, to process your ticket purchase. Whilst we have your name, email address and ticket purchase information, we do not have any information about your address or credit card information. Further, none of this information is stored on our website.
