2025 marks both the return and the start of a new chapter for Hotel Lux, following on from their acclaimed 2023 debut Hands Across The Creek with their sophomore effort, The Bitter Cup.

After a period of extensive touring in support of the album, which garnered critical acclaim and support from the likes of The Guardian, Mojo, Uncut, DIY, L&Q, Clash, So Young, NME and BBC 6Music playlists, the band decided to take a step back after a line up change, with the departure of the original bassist, and the addition of multi-instrumentalist Dillon Home. Now heading into their late twenties, the new iteration of the group needed to take time to rediscover their collective musical identity.

'The Stealers, a band that is made up of 3 mates from Brighton, are starting to take the scene by storm. Having already established themselves with airplay across BBC Radio 1, Radio X and BBC Introducing, The Stealers have appeared on lineups up and down the country, gracing stages at The Great Escape, Isle Of Wight, Wanderfal and Sonic Wave. Having also toured the UK, the band have opened for the likes of Lovejoy, Vistas, Will And The People and Dead Pony as well as playing live instore at HMV among others.
