• 02/05/2013 - THE 1975 TICKETS ON SALE THIS FRIDAY 3RD MAY!

  

  The band's hit 'Chocolate' has been ever-present on radio stations across the country and new single 'The City' is already on Radio 1's B-list three weeks before it's release. They have a summer packed full of festivals, including Wakestock, and also prestigious supports in London with both Muse and The Rolling Stones. They will play Concorde 2 on Saturday 28th September and we expect tickets will sell out quickly!

• 10/04/2013 - GARY NUMAN TO RETURN TO BRIGHTON DOME!

  

  Gary Numan’s new album Splinter will be released worldwide on Monday 14th October and we're delighted to announce he and his band will return to Brighton Dome on Monday 18th November. Tickets go on sale this Friday 12th April via www.brightondome.org & 01273 709 709. Although Numan released a straight-to-the-fanbase album Dead Son Rising in 2011, this is his first self penned full album since Jagged in 2006. In recent years he’s been quoted as an influence by everyone from Lady Gaga to Kanye West; Matthew Dear to Queens Of The Stone Age, The Foo Fighters and Nine Inch Nails (the latter inviting Numan on stage at several shows in 2009, including their o2 Arena concert in London); Prince to Boyz Noise, Richie Hawtin and Battles (they released a single ‘My Machines’ on Warp Records with Numan in 2011). But while Numan’s unique style continues to connect with fans from the worlds of Metal, Hip Hop, EDM, Industrial and Indie, he remains as focussed as ever in pursuing his own singular vision. Splinter sounds like no-one else while utilising new sounds and ideas. Perhaps it’s the voice – one of the most distinctive in rock music and often associated with machines and icy alienation, but for those who are drawn to Numan’s songs, his singing is strangely emotional, almost soulful in places. And if you like that side of his writing, you certainly won’t be disappointed with the new album where there are 4 or 5 tracks that set Numan’s vocals against moody atmospheric slow-burners to stunning effect.

• 11/03/2013 - MONSTER MAGNET, SAM SMITH & GENTLEMAN'S DUB CLUB!

  

  We're thrilled to announce three shows from various genre's to help make sure we have something for everybody! US rock legends Monster Magnet will take over Concorde 2 in August, Gentleman's Dub Club will also hit the seafront venue in May with the very exciting vocal talent that is Sam Smith performing in the beautiful surroundings of Unitarian Church on April 6th! • 20/02/2013 - PiL, JOHN FOXX & THE MATHS, THE TOY DOLLS AND MORE!

  

  We're very excited to announce three pioneering bands in the form of PiL who need no introduction at Brighton Dome on Thursday 27th June, electronica king John Foxx & The Maths at Concorde 2 on Friday 7th June and punk legends The Toy Dolls at The Haunt on Wednesday 6th November! Tickets on sale this Friday 22nd February for all three gigs. We also must warn you that tickets are very nearly sold out for a number of upcoming events including Caitlin Rose, Melody's Echo Chamber, The Joy Formidable, Stornoway and Cancer Bats so don't miss out!

  It's been an incredible start to 2013 for us here at Lout and we're excited to announce a bunch of the newly confirmed gigs!   Happy new year! We're excited to start another year and hope it brings as much success and amazing gigs as 2012 did. • 15/11/2012 - THE XX CHANGE OF DATE AND VENUE - EXTRA TICKETS AVIALABLE!

  

  Due to circumstances beyond our control The xx concert on Thursday 6th December at Brighton Dome will now change venue and date. The new date is Thursday 20th December and the new venue is The Brighton Centre. Tickets originally purchased through Brighton Dome Box Office or website will need to re- booked via a link provided by Brighton Dome. They will be available to purchase online or by calling 0844 847 1515 from 10am on Thursday 15th November. This service to Brighton Dome bookers only is available before they go on general sale. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Tickets purchased through See Tickets or Crowdsurge need to do nothing except await new tickets. Tickets purchased through Resident Music in Brighton will need to be exchanged for Brighton Centre tickets. This service will be available from Thursday 15th November in- store at Resident. Original ticket stock is not valid as The Brighton Centre operates a bar code scanning system. Additional tickets will be available to those who missed out on the original date.
